It is too long for a campaign film - If it's shorter, the message interpreted will be clearer and more effective when watched by viewers.

Add a hashtag to the end so viewers can get involved in the campaign.

In the title of the campaign (BAware), either put the 'B' in a different colour or put a dot etc. in between the 'B' and 'Aware' - Easier to read and makes the overall title more prominent.

Could end in the sky shot as it contrasts the nice, sunny day to the horror and tragedy of a car accident. - the sky shot is bright so you could finish with white end titles?
